Returns and exchanges are generally accepted within 30 days of original purchase, in original packaging, and must be accompanied by original receipt. Returns may incur a 15% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted on special orders or clearance items. Deposits are non-refundable. If we ship the wrong product, we will exchange it for the correct one. Bicycle returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase with certain restrictions. The bike must be in brand new, unridden condition. Customer agrees to pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. All original documents and parts must be included with the return, otherwise the return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any returns for any reason. Bikes are built and tuned by professional mechanics before shipping and therefore carry a packing and shipping fee to ensure proper care and shipment. Compete bikes shipped via Grand Rapids Bicycle Co. are excluded from free shipping offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Clothing returns/exchanges must be returned unworn, with original tags attached.
Returns not accepted. In rare exceptions, we may offer a refund on nutrition. Please contact us if there is an issue with the product you receive.
Returned tools must be in their original, unopened packaging. No exceptions. Refunds will not be granted on tools returned opened or with evidence of use.
All sales on clearance, sale, or otherwise specially discounted items are final. No exceptions.
Helmet sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Certain items may not be eligible for shipping. This can be due to logistical issues with delivery, vendor restrictions, or various other reasons. Grand Rapids Bicycle Co. reserves the right to restrict shipping on any product at any time.
